Who we are

DrawX is built and operated by Ideator.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. When you use the service, we store your drawings, project metadata (names, timestamps), and your custom shape library.

How we store it

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on our server. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Your drawing data is stored as-is so we can serve it back to you.

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the service: saving and loading your drawings, persisting your library, and authenticating your account. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or training AI models.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data or drawings to any third parties.

Open-source attribution

The drawing editor uses Excalidraw, an open-source project licensed under the MIT License. The editor runs in your browser. This service adds cloud persistence, account management, and project organization on top of the open-source editor.

Data deletion

You can delete individual drawings from your project list at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
